In the video article "Behavioral Economists Can Make You a Healthier Consumer and Smarter Marketer" goes into depth about what make us choose our decisions. The article especially goes into depth about the decisions we make when it comes to eating well and losing weight.
It was stated that “If people made purely rational decisions, life might be much easier for marketers is selling products and services”.  In the study conducted they test whether if a company gives you two 12 ounce cups when you order a large drink does that make the customer drink more or less. It was found that restricting the size of a cup will cause people to consume less soda. This plays a huge part in marketing, you can make or have a huge influence on people based on what you put out to the public without any other choices. 

This video was very interesting and it showed a different part of marketing and how people make decisions when it comes to the product you use.
